My name is China Danea. I'm 27 years old and was born in Greenville, SC - but the city raised me. This all started after moving back to Greenville from Chicago, IL after being there for 7 years. I was working for Walmart as a department manager an started teaching myself how to cut hair and re-twist locs as a side hustle to make extra money. What started as a hobby developed into a true passion and love for what I do! 2 years ago I took a leap of faith and decided to work in a shop and become my own boss! I enjoy what I do because I love seeing people feel good about how they look. Their faces - they light up. The excitement they have and the continuous support and encouraging words keep me going. The journey of growth has been amazing and I'm definitely excited for what the future holds for me.
